We design and build outdoor living spaces that bring families outside — one waterfall, patio, and stone wall at a time.
Greenspan Landscaping Co. is a family-owned landscaping and hardscaping company based in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Since 2015, we've built our reputation one project at a time — combining an eye for natural beauty with the structural know-how that mountain terrain demands.
Water features are our signature. We design and build ecosystem ponds, koi ponds, pondless waterfalls, cascading waterfalls, and spillway bowls using Aquascape methodology — systems that look natural, run cleanly, and stay easy to maintain. But we're just as comfortable engineering a retaining wall that holds a hillside, laying a natural-stone patio, or solving a drainage problem that's been eroding a property for years.
Every project is treated like it's our own home. That means showing up on time, communicating honestly, and finishing with craftsmanship that lasts for decades — not seasons. It's how we've earned 600+ built projects and a 5-star reputation across Asheville, Black Mountain, and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities.
